Imperial Healing Art's Elizabeth Shiah

Elizabeth Shiah, M.S., L.Ac., D.A. and Diplomate in Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), was born in China and comes from a long tradition of physicians and healers. She was educated in the United States, having graduated from Dana Hall School and Ohio State University with a major in Chinese Studies. Elizabeth has completed additional studies at University of Hawaii, University of Miami and Adelphi University. She received her degrees in Traditional Chinese Medicine at Touro College, New York, NY and is licensed to practice in the states of New York, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island.

Elizabeth Shiah believes what is missing from today’s healthcare is a caring and personal relationship between doctor and patient. If there is mutual trust, there can be accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. This trust must be formed in a private, confidential and unrushed atmosphere.
