Techniques we use:

• Tui Na is stimulating and therapeutic Chinese massage

• Moxibustion, the process of delivering heat to the exterior of the body by burning special Chinese herbs which pervade the interior of the body

• Cupping, the vacuum application of round glass cups to certain parts of the body to raise toxins and impurities to the surface in order to be released

• Gua Sha, the gentle scraping of the skin to gather impurities to the surface to be released

What We Do:

• Acupuncture - the age-old practice of inserting fine needles into the body at strategic points to summon and activate your body’s life force or “Qi”. When your Qi is full and flowing freely throughout your body, you are in balance and enjoy good health. When your body is out of balance, you may be sick, suffer disease or experience pain. The goal of acupuncture is to regulate your “Qi"

• Herbal Therapy - Your certified herbalist will prescribe formulas made up of miraculous Chinese herbs. We custom blend your formula in our own herb pharmacy for your particular condition. The herbs come in various forms such as fresh raw herbs to be decocted as a tea; pills or capsules to be swallowed; topical applications in the form of linaments, lotions, salves, plasters or ointments. Chinese herbal therapy assists and speeds healing.

• Essential Oil Therapy - Essential Oils were used as man’s first medicine. For thousands of years, these oils have been used to heal, oxygenate, regenerate and to promote emotional, physical and spiritual health. We use these precious oils as an adjunct therapy.
